Health & Vaccinations

• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus.

• Dogs showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc.) are not allowed.

• Owners must confirm their dog is free of fleas, ticks, and internal parasites.

Supervision & Responsibility

• Dogs must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior and any damage or injury caused.

• Children must be supervised closely; no unsupervised minors.

Behavior & Safety

• Aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of biting are not permitted.

• If a dog shows aggressive behavior, the session must end immediately.

• Maximum number of dogs per human: 2

• No children under the age of 6.

• Maximum number of dogs per booking: 4

• Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the property.

Cleanliness

• Owners must clean up all waste immediately.

• Dispose of waste in designated bins.

• Fill any holes your dog digs (or notify the owner).

Property Use

• Respect fencing, gates, and property boundaries—do not tamper with them.

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on the property.

• Do not bring additional guests beyond your booking without permission.

Time & Booking

• Sessions must start and end on time.

• Leave promptly at the end of your reserved time to avoid overlap with other guests.

• Late departures may result in additional fees.

Equipment & Amenities

• Use any provided equipment (toys, agility items, water stations) at your own risk.

• Report any damaged equipment immediately.

Weather & Conditions

• Use the yard at your own discretion during inclement weather.

• Owner is not liable for injuries due to mud, ice, uneven ground, or natural conditions.

Liability Waiver

• By using the yard, you agree to assume all risks associated with dog activity.

• Property owner is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to dogs, people, or personal property.

Emergency Situations

• In case of emergency, owners are responsible for seeking veterinary care.
