The above classes will meet once a week for 6 weeks. These classes require some basic training and a good food or toy drive.
Registration
Registration for group classes is done through an online link. If you are interested in a class please reach our for the registration link and schedule.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of bad weather trainer will cancel class the afternoon before class, and this session will be added to the end of the class. Any other sessions missed by clients are not guaranteed to be made up or rescheduled. Refunds will not be given for missed group classes.
